Hi Alex,

We will defintiely be performing "Come Up And See" Me for the video.

With regard to the content of the video, I am completely out of depth on this subject and so I will speak to Ocky, who is the singer in the band, and ask his opinion. I will get back to you asap.

Cheers
Wurz

hi wurz.

We were just wondering if you knew what song you were definately doing.

Also, was there anything that you definately did or did not want in the video? And, were you more keen on narrative and performance or just performance?

Thanks,
Alex"

"Make Me Smile (Come Up and See Me)" is a song by Steve Harley. It was originally recorded by his band Steve Harley & Cockney Rebel and was released in 1975. In a television interview recorded in 2002, Steve Harley described how the lyrics are vindictively directed at the former band members, whom he felt had abandoned him. From research we had found that the lyrics were also about a film "She Done Him Wrong." Many cover versions have been recorded for an example, Duran Duran and Erasure.
