I quite like the black and white affect, it shows that they are all professional and quite simple, which is eye catching. The order that they are standing in is very important as the lead singer is at the front then other vocals, guitarists, drums and then other instruments. It is hard to tell what genre specifically they are but it gives shuttle hints with their smart black shirts and white ties, they are also all wearing the same thing. this shows social commodity within the band which their target audience will admire.
